Hi everyone, I hope everything went well for you last month because everything went great for Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL)!
I’m talking about 30th World Peace Tour of HWPL. It’s been about 6 years since they first started to travel around the world to spread peace and love. As always, the 30th World Peace Tour was even more fruitful than I expected. Let’s take a look!
The tour started with an event in the Philippines, a country that has a deep relationship with Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), a peace NGO in South Korea.
On February 15, about 30,000 people participated in the peace event titled “We are One for Peace to Attain Sustainable Development”, which was held at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan.
At the event, Volunteer Individuals for Peace (VIP) and HWPL signed MOA to spread peace activities in universities and throughout the Philippines.
Their next stop was Sydney, Australia. The International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) hosted the 2019 Youth Peace Conference titled “Youth Make Tomorrow: Unity & Harmony”. In this conference, 45 leaders from the field of politics, education, and youth organizations were in attendance. Governor General of Tuvalu was also in attendance and answered to a peace letter of youth by saying, “I have received your hearts through the letters, and will do my best to fulfill the world you are dreaming of so your hope can come true. I will do my best to encourage the rest of the world to support the DPCW so that we may bring a better future for the youth.”
The Kingdom of Cambodia was HWPL’s final destination of this peace tour. On February 22, HWPL and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia (MoEYS) held an event titled “2019 Launching Ceremony of the MoEYS-Affiliated HWPL Peace Education Committee, the Kingdom of Cambodia” at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. At this event, HWPL and MoEYS signed an MOU to promote peace education throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia in 19 schools and universities.
The breeze of peace that started from HWPL has been shaking up the world and now, their unstoppable enthusiasm toward peace is beginning to move the world. I wonder what they will do next!
